The book I've been using makes no reference to page borders. To be
honest I'm a bit surprised they matter as I thought they were just
nominal divisions in the memory map. Given the existence of the bugs
mentioned here though it seems like this could be the problem. It'll
also be a problem no doubt when I come to compact them - in fact I've
tried once and got the zero-byte error reported.
