It very much depends on whether your motherboard still has all the recharge
components fitted since that was the cause of the school fires. If Q2 and
R16 are present then you should not use Lithium cells.
Personally however, I can't see much advantage in using Lithium cells when
they don't recharge since it'd be more expensive than AAs for not much gain,
Sprow.
