The IC under the two small ICs is a 6264 and I assume the bottom IC is a 6462 
also. That would make only 16K RAM, would it not?

The small ICs are 74LS02 and 74LS00.

Unfortunately when I fired the machine up, it failed to boot. The PSU is fine, 
and it issues a continuous beep, so I'll assume there's a bad contact 
somewhere when I get around to looking at it.
