By default, the output of the CHROMA PAL encoder chip is not added to
the LUMA ouput from the summing diodes coming of the RGB output.
(translation: we aint connected the colour bit up guv.)
There is a way to do it, but in my experience its not perfect. One needs
to connect a 470pF ceramic capacitor between (someone check me on this)
the Base of Q7 and the Emitter of Q9.
From the B's I've modified, although it does add the colour signal, the
general picture quality seems to degrade as a result.
Your mileage may vary of course.
