Subject: Re: Beebem question / game copyright question
Thanks for all the info everyone :-) I just heard back from the author
of BeebEm, and it'll run in full screen mode with options to turn the
menu / frame rate display off (View -> Hide Menu) and (View -> Speed and
FPS).
I think I just read Tom's mind (or vice versa) - I'd just sent an email
to the TV people prior to reading his message, saying that they should
be able to hook this up to a TV and drive it directly. (Actually, it was
more a case of pointing out that they'll be hard pushed to find a
monitor that's old enough to look period with a BBC whilst being new
enough to sync to modern PC video rates - so driving a TV seems like a
better bet)
Have passed on contact details for Superior etc. so that's about it I
think (unless they want to borrow a BBC from us as a prop of course!)
ta all!
