Subject: Re:Nick B GoMMC - Beeb and Master fail to start up.

Hi Nick,

One of the things that I have noted is that somehow, MMCWI gets corrupted
and when I use an older version, eg, V.0.57, things begin to work.

If this fails, another thing I have found is to start to re-program the
GoMMC from scratch, updating it with each version, although I have found
that if you start from V.0.56 then 0.57, 0.60, 0.62, 0.63 and finally *MMCUP
of V 0.64, should get you there.

It may be important too, I have found, to use the ROM Image Patches only,
and to remove all EPROM's and cartridges BEFORE you begin, and leave them
out of your machine thereafter, trying , perhaps, to re-insert one at a
time, when you have GoMMC running.

I hope this helps you Nick,

Regards

Raf G.
