I disagree, these sockets look identical to the white ones (except for
the colour but that shouldn't matter).

And the dates are from late 80 to early 82 except for two buffer ICs
which could have been replaced.

So, my guess would be a board from early 1982 (but without references to
e.g. magazine articels it's all just guessing)
