I found this too.  

I suggested Amiga drives because you can buy them on Ebay for around
£4-£5,
usually still boxed with little or no prior use.  However, don't get the
slimline Amiga drives, they don't have the standard interface
connections.
There's a simple guide on my website showing how to convert a drive.

You could also use Atari ST drives, or even MGT "Lifetime" drives used
on
the Spectrum disk interfaces "Disciple" and "+D" but these are usually
quite
expensive due to being rare.
