How about eDonkey? For example I recently downloaded two ot the following files:

Emulation Acorn BBC Micro (the ultimated compilation for fans) all tosec (0.35)
roms + unknown roms + emus + manuals +++ (for fans).rar

Acorn.BBC.Micro.-.Compilations.-.Disks.(TOSEC-v0.35)-EgotisticalElf.MCSTeam.ShareReactor.rar

They contain most of the PD disks if not all of them.
To say true I do not know who originaly provides those files to eDonkey network.
