Subject: BBC B/Electron Chuckie Egg queries

Hi,

I have a couple of questions regarding the BBC B and Electron versions of
Chuckie Egg, for accuracy's sake.

1)  What MODEs were the two versions written in?  I think it's BBC B - MODE
2, Electron - MODE 5 ... is that right?

2)  Can someone with a real BBC B (mine is dead as a dodo atm), fire up
Chuckie Egg with this poke:

*LOAD CH_EGG
?&29F2=&3A:?&29F3=&AF
?&2A45=&3C:?&2A46=&CA:CALL &29AB

It provides infinite lives and invulnerability to the hens.  What I'd like
to know is what the effect is in Harry falling down a hole, such as the one
to the left of his start position on level 2.  Does he die?  Does he lose a
life?  Does something else happen (what?)?  I'm getting different results
depending on the emulators I try and I'd like to confirm what an actual
unmodified BBC B does in this situation ...

Any help appreciated!
