Subject: Terrell Electronics RAM Module
Evening all
I have acquired a BBC B+ computer which is fitted with a Terrell
Electronics RAM Module. It appears to be a third party 64K sideways RAM
upgrade. It sits in the bottom left ROM socket, and is nearly 1cm high.
It has two fly-leads with hooks that need to be attached to an IC (or
ICs) and two wires to a switch, presumably to enable ROM images to be
loaded.
Has anyone come across one of these before? I've certainly never heard
of it. Does anyone know where I can find documentation (I've tried the
usual places)? The big question is: where do the fly-leads attach?
Best wishes
John
