It is.

We've been through this before, this mailing list is busted and doesn't 
have proper headers. The rubbish is coming with a To: and Reply-To: of 
james@... but is certainly being injected into the list.

The list server MTA also seems to be accepting mail from IPs without valid 
rDNS ...
