Subject: Plugging a ROM

Hello folks, I need some reminder of how to enable a ROM on either a
BBC or Master.  I have the Graphics Extension ROM, and the
Text-to-Speech ROM but cannot enable it.  I remember on the BBC B, to
enable a ROM you need to type *FX 128,1 or is it *FX 128,0 ?  On the
Master, I have a version of MOS that's 3.5, is this why I can't find
the *PLUG command, only the *UNPLUG?  I am actually using the BeebEm
emulator and so switiching between hardwares.  Would appreciate some
help.
