Not easily, unfortunately.

I remember modifying the executables directly, so there's nothing that can
be easily reproduced as a type-in.

Do you have any particular title you'd like to get running? - perhaps if I
have any time, I can try "re-hacking" it on an emulator and try and get it
running on a Master...  I can't guarantee it'll be the quickest of jobs
though :)
