You could try looking at the tools at www.mdfs.net/Apps/DiskTools ImgToDisk
and DiskToImg do 400K FM disks, but changing a line at the beginning of the
program sets it to do 640K MFM disks. One day I'll get around to fully
finishing off the command options properly ;)
