I think I've found the bug on mine - !CS3Fx is being held LOW. Both
chip-selects high is an invalid state - most drives will see it and either
crash or just plain ignore it.
I think I've got some debugging to do. !CS3Fx should be held high, while
!CS1Fx should be used to activate the drive. 1Fx works fine, 3Fx is being
pulled into the wrong state.
It also looks like the component layout I've been working from doesn't match
the board. It looks like JGH has updated his site with the new layout map...
Time to find some more 1k resistors and wire links :-/
