It's probable that the BBC B is slightly off tuned. Turn on auto fine tuning
on your TV and that should fix it, alternatively you can tweak the RF
modulator on the BBC B in question (leaving your B+ and Master alone) by
turning the ferrite slug in the modulator.
It's the thing in the little red circular hole in the top of the modulator -
and of course you should use a non ferrous trimmer screwdriver!
