I re-sized them to 1200 pixels across and saved them at about 70% to reduce
the file sizes because
sadly I don't have the luxury of broadband (went through the whole BT rigmarole
of ordering it and
then it not working and then them saying we could get it and us saying it
didn't work and them
sending out engineers three times who all said we could get it and us still
saying we couldn't get
it no matter how many times the little arrow thing flashed yellow and then
finally somebody
(probably in India) telling us we couldn't get it and should never have been
told we could get it
in the first place, all happening over a period of about 6 months since last
October and us having
to pay for the privilege of not having broadband during the entire period!!!!!
etc etc etc).
It took me about 40 mins to upload that little zip file I made of the scans
over about 5 or 6
attempts and I am still uploading the files from yesterday's BeebMaster update
(in case anybody was
wondering what had happened to those lovely pics of my BBC B+ I promised!!!)
I've got the original scanned images which are much larger and better quality
but the files total
6.5MB so the only other thing I could do is send them to you on a CD if that's
any help.
Best wishes,
Ian

Nice scans, a bit low res though (and the JPEG compression doesn't help).
Tried printing one off - ended up with a blocky mess :-/
(in my experience PNG is a better format for stuff like that, scanned at
about 300dpi)
Thanks,
