There is, of course, the little matter of freedom of speech..... ;-)

Wars of words and conflicts of opinions can get tiring but it can give
support in the way of other disguntled or happy buyers and sellers offering
their opinions.

It also gives potential customers the chance to gauge customer opinion and
feedback and consider their purchase very carefully.
