As the GoMMC 'lives' in a sideways ROM all it needs to do is
respond to service calls 13 and 14 and 'feed' bytes to the ROM
filing system. Doesn't even need any patching to the MOS, and the
extra advantage that the MOS doesn't need to know what the
internal structure of the ROM servicing the ROMFS calls are. The
API allows up to &100000000 bytes of data to be accessible!
