Just had a dig through my floppies. The ReadMe for the winchester backup
prog I had pointed me at "CopyFiles" as an alternate, and sure enough, I
found that on an ADFS copy of a network library, and running it asks me:

CopyFiles V2.41

Source filing system :ADFS
Enter ADFS drive number 0
Enter source directory $
Insert ADFS disc into drive 0
Press RETURN when ready
Destination filing system :NET
Enter file server number 0
Enter file server disc name FRED
Enter file server destination directory JIM

*NET not present

so.. that should do you the job!

If you can't find it elsewhere, let me know and I'll try and work out how
to get it off the beeb into something more easily transferrable.
