Don't know either of that.
Somehow that name just triggered an association with 6809. Once I
downloaded a scanned schematic which should be anywhere on HD, and
for now my grey cells are connecting that to 'Harris', which could
be 'Ben Harris'.
Must do a /real/ proper search then.
