Found it. It's an Acorn design with number 200,012 /C,
issue 2
and date 7 - 2 - 80
The directory it is in, is named as BJ_Harris, which is - now I
remember - the owner of the website I downloaded the scan from.
Searching one of the hotlists, I found:

Third line says: Acorn-related files, but clicking on it doesn't get
that resolved so far. Neither the Iyonx entry. But NetBSD/arm26 does.
