Just thought I'd take a moment to say hi, having just joined this group.

I joined mainly for sentimental reasons and out of curiosity. I no  
longer own a Beeb, but worked on Acorn User magazine for a while  
(freelanced on it in 1985-86, then joined as deputy editor for most  
of 1987). I graduated to the Model B in 1983 after having played with  
a Sinclair Spectrum and deciding to get a serious machine. The Beeb  
was my chief word processor for many years. I was also associated  
with a robotics group for a while that used Beebs.

So I'm intrigued to know - what do you guys do with your Beebs these  
days?
