Yes,  Iss 1 & Iss 2 are exactly the same.  The one without collision
detect is labelled "B ECONET" - maybe for Project B, ie. M128, 
unless anybody knows otherwise?

I have two master econet modules here, both labelled on the circuit board
respectively Issue 1 and Issue 2. Both have 6 chips on them. Would this
suggest that there were 2 issues of the board with collision detection?
