Subject: Announcing jDlgEdit an enhanced dialog editor for BBC BASIC for Windows
jDlgEdit is a development of Richard Russell's DLGEDIT, there are
several enhancements and a few changes. The interface has been made more
intuitive to allow enhanced productivity.

Changes include:
o A sidebar has been added for quicker creation of icons
o Keyboard shortcuts
o Ctrl+C - Copy the icon currently under the mouse pointer
o Ctrl+X - Cut the icon currently under the mouse pointer
o Ctrl+V - Paste an icon from the clipboard to the window
o Delete - Delete the icon currently under the mouse pointer
o New mouse behaviours
o Left-Drag to move icon or window
o Middle-Drag to resize icon or window
o Double click on the window background to adjust properties
o Double click on icon to adjust properties
o Double click on icon to adjust properties
o New options
o Disable full redraws (not recommended)
