I think you previously said the drives were broken or missing. I
don't think it will do much without working drives because the
FileStore expects to mount a disc when you boot it up. If you
haven't got a disc, you will have to open the drive door and then
turn it on. This will put it in utility mode and you can log on using
(hopefully) *I AM SYST and then *FSFORMAT 4 or 5 to format
a disc.
Once you've got a disc successfully formatted, you should be able
to close the drive door and boot the server and then log on again
as *I AM SYST and *., *EX etc. will all work from the remote station.

I have now decided because of all the interest I have had I'm
unfortunately going to have to put it up on Ebay. I will post here again
when it is up.
I have no knowledge of Econet, can anyone suggest a few easy tests I can
do to find out if this server works. All I have to test it with is 1
Econet ready BBC B.
