I've played with the hardware a bit, and it seems to be working OK so
far.  I had to make one change to the way the ADLC is accessed, which is
the green wire that you can see between two pins on the CPU.  The
multicoloured ribbon cable that's connected to the middle of the board
is a serial interface for debugging.
