Yes, it works on the welcome tape but it doesn't seem to work on
one of the disc image versions.  I presume the actual real disc
version works although I've never seen the original BBC B welcome
disc.  I did convert it to disc at one point but there was still the
problem of dates after 2000.

Worked on the tape I have, though it needs patching to be Y2K compliant,
patch available from
