You'd need 2 index holes as well. Then the sectors on the other side 
would just be 180 degrees out. (This would mean you couldn't treat the 
other side as drive 2 on a double-sided drive, because sector 0 of side 
2 would be in the wrong place from that point of view, but it would work 
if you turned the disc around.)
