That's the model I got from PC World. Now my cable is untwisted it
works fine as drive 1/3, formats and verifies in DFS.

It also seems to be nicely aligned with the drive in my PC, I am
getting 100% transfer success with Omnidisk. I then copy from :1 to :0
and can boot from the transferred images.
