Subject: Classic train game for the BBC Micro?

Hi everyone.
I'm trying to track down a very old issue of Acorn User magazine - from
the mid-80's when the BBC Micro ruled the roost. I can't remember
anything more about it that the game and article I'm looking for. Don't
suppose this jogs anyone's memory does it? :

The one I'm looking for had the BASIC code in it for a plan-view railway
game. At the start of the game it spent a minute or so randomly laying
out track with stations, engine houses and points. Once the game started
you had to control the points to get the trains to the stations they
needed to go to based on the passengers in their coaches. It was all on
a green background and I think the track pieces were displayed in light
blue. For some reason I think the cover of the magazine that had this
one in it had a lot of yellow on it. It would have been sometime between
1983 and 1987. The game was a typed-in game as opposed to "The Train
Game" which you could buy around the same time - it only had a small
section of track in it. The one I'm thinking of had a complete network.
