I'm almost certain that 5 & 6 never happened; I think Pete Turnbull
knows the story there (as has told it to me in the past, and I've since
forgotten, and I don't have any useful archives to hand ;)
I'm not certain I've ever seen an issue 3 either actually. 7 is by far
the most common in my experience, with 4 next.

Hmm, not sure. The only B+ photo I have is the one in my ACW, so there's
a bazillion cables in the way.
