It's a shame the *SRWRITE/*SRREAD commands don't accept addresses
in the &FFFExxxx range. I've just tried:
 
MODE 128
*HELP
*SRWRITE FFFE3000+4000 8000 4
CLS
*SRREAD FFFE3000+4000 8000 4
 
and did *not* get the screen contents back. The screen remained
unchanged. Examining the contents of bank 4 showed a copy of the
text file I happened to have in main memory.
 
This implies that OSWORD 66 also does recognised &FFFExxxx.
 
Shame. It seems it's just Master filing systems, HADFS and my
*MDUMP command that recognise it.
