It's already gone off Ebay.

I doubt anyone will be willing to 'lend' out a uknova account. It takes 
weeks of online time to build up a decent positive ratio (of upload to 
download) and I doubt if anyone will want to risk it. They do take new 
users from time to time though, but it's currently full (70,000 users I think)
Keep trying, you'll get in eventually. I don't think it'll disappear 
anytime soon. There's nothing illegal there, nothing hosted.
