If they aren't able to attempt a fix then it might be worth
trying Davidson Electronics (http://www.davidsonelectronics.co.uk/)

They have been very helpful fixing stuff for us at work in the past,
including a controller board from an ancient UPS that had the 240V
DC rail plugged in to the 12V rail...
