!FCFS (FileCoreFS) for RISC OS lets you use ADFS E format disk
images. Unfortunately, it doesn't access ADFS L format images,
which would make it really useful for accessing BBC ADFS images.
One of these days I may rewrite !HADFSFiler to do ADFS images...
There are various applications that let you access DFS disk images
on RISC OS, including !DFS, !ImageDFS, !DFSReader and !BBCFiles.
See http://mdfs.net/Apps/DiskTools
And to round it all off, !HADFSFiler will access HADFS images and
!CPMFS will access Acorn CPM images.
