Hmm, on Linux I don't think I messed around with the ini file at all and just
specified the port via the command line.
Running 'xfer -h' (version 4) from a shell in Linux gives a list of
command-line options; it might be the same for the Windows version from a DOS
prompt, or possibly 'xfer /?', 'xfer /h' etc. - there's probably a way you
can specify the port there too.
