Hi Christopher,

I have the book here and Evolution 2 on page 251 appears to be the correct 
listing, it has 1070 lines (ending on page 256).

I should be able to scan the pages at weekend.

Do you have a prefered resolution, file type and colour depth (B/W or 
Greyscale), I guess the font cannot be OCRed so you are just looking for 
images that you can read yourself and type in.
