Subject: Border colour on BBCs

A suggestion to emulator writers. How about implementing border
colour?
 
In 1991 I built a bit of hardware to provide a border colour for
the Beeb. It's a 4-bit latch and 4-bit two-input switch on a small
board that piggy-backs over the video ULA. Writing to &FE22 sets
the border colour as an RGB value.
