Subject: Beeb CNC Interfacing Systems?

I have a BBC B issue 7 here that contains four ROMs. The first is the
standard Acorn part. The next three ROMs are covered with printed
labels from "CNC Interfacing Systems". They appear to contain a CNC
program called Paramax II v0.8. The Beeb came with a longish,
heavy-duty serial cable which I assume supplied output commands to
some kind of machining-centre hardware.

ROM 1 = Acorn ROM
ROM 2 = DFS 1.2 /CNC etc
ROM 3 = Paramax II 0.8 /CNC etc
ROM 4 = OS 1.2 /CNC etc

I've put a pic of the ROMs here:

Has anyone come across the company, software or hardware before?
