It does!

However, Sailing By was released on a compilation of Ronald Binge's  
work. It's hard to find, but not impossible, ditto finding the track  
itself.

I will, having had the track leeched for some time, buy this single.  
I care not for the UK Theme, but Sailing By I definitely want.
