I sketched out a further development of my border colour module
(http://mdfs.net/Info/Comp/BBC/Border) to implment a 12-bit colour
pallette (8 colours, 4 bits per colour). Eight bytes of fast RAM
addressed by the RGB value output by the video system, which then
outputs the analogue RGB value stored in each location.
 
Pallette control in MODE 7 anybody? ;)
