Mmm. I hadn't thought about the dithering thing. Still, it kind of
feels like the dissemination of data to the Beebs is going to be the
limiting factor. What sort of data link did you plan on using for that?

Video digitizers for RiscPCs ought to be pretty easy to come by. Here's
one on ebay, though I have no idea of its capabilities:
