heh heh.

The data stream to/from a ST506 drive is pretty nippy though, so I suppose it 
needs a reasonably quick CPU to keep up and do the necessary data buffering.

Bridge boards must have been pretty expensive - I'm surprised it wasn't more 
economical to forget the bridge board in a system and just buy a SCSI disk and 
attach straight to the bus (at least for straight disk bridges - there's 
probably some cost benefits for the ones that did floppy + tape too)

I have a habit of peeling any Intel or "Designed for Windows" stickers off any 
equipment that I see :-)
