Subject: How to video capture of screen output?

How can I do this. I'm not sure if its possible in the
emulators like MESS?  ( nothing turned up for "video
capture" on http://www.mess.org forums) 

Otherwise I could plug the output of the beeb into the
video capture card on the PC but a nicer solution
would be through one of the emulators does anyone know
