Mijas Small C <> Hendrix Small C

I've refreshed my website at http://mdfs.net/System/C/BBC/Small-C
There is:
v072.ssd - DFS disk image of DFS distribution
v072dfs.zip - ZIP archive of DFS distribution
v072.zip - ZIP archive of generic distribution

I recompiled the Small-C distribution to make it easier to
install. By default it looks in the current directory for all its
resources. You edit 'local/h' to tell it what your setup is, and
the *Exec mkall or *Exec mkdfs to reassemble four of the tools
that have references to those resources.

I could build a distribution that can be dropped straight into a
recommended setup, ie:

  ADFS: :0.Library, :0.Library.CLib
  NET: %, %.CLib
  DFS: :0

Hmm. I only have one Beebug C ROM.

The usual thing is to contact the website author/maintainer before
appealing to the general public.

Irrelavant to the v0.72 distribution. I've been reluctant to
remove these bits from the documentation as they are part of the
original v0.70 distribution. I suppose I should amend them somehow
to avoid the confusion they are creating.

There are three food groups: brown, green and ice cream.
