Despite being on "broadband" my FTP has decided to it at 11KB/s!!!!

It should be 17.09MB in total.

By the way, any credit for scanning it should be given to Andrew Benham who
works at Aberystwyth University.  I had no involvement apart from sending the
thing in the post.
