Doesn't matter. Bit 0 (value 1) affects "Escape" action. If it is set, then 
Escape is disabled. Bit 1 (value 2) causes any Break to clear memory and be 
treated like a "power-on reset".

*FX 200,1 disables Escape, *FX 200,2 causes memory to be cleared on Break, 
*FX 200,3 does both.

In answer to the original, the disabling Escape is an irrelevance.
