Yeah.  At least, I thought I did, though I only seem to be able to lay
hands on one of them right now.  The other one might be languishing up
in the loft or something.  If I can track it down I'd happily send it to
you in exchange for some RAM for the other one. :-}

The one I have here is marked "C80286-4".  So, 4MHz?  Crumbs, I didn't
realize they made them that slow.  I guess there's no need for that
100ns RAM then.
